We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, schedule and carry out work, invoice for completed jobs, and communicate about services you have requested. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

Job photos

We photograph our work before and after completion. Photos used in our portfolio or marketing never include identifying details such as street numbers or faces without your consent. If you would like a photo of your property removed from our website, contact us and we will take it down promptly.

Storage and security

Enquiry form submissions are processed and stored securely by our website host (Netlify). Business records are retained as required for tax and legal purposes, then deleted.
